Captain Morgan One Hell of a Bonus – Terms and Conditions (the "Promotion")
1. The Promotion is open to selected on-trade licensed premises (outlet) in GB.
2. Employees of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone deemed to be professionally involved with or connected to the Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion.
3. Purchase must be made from the following wholesalers to qualify: Molson Coors, CMBC, LWC, HUK or C&C Group (includes Matthew Clark Bibendum Ltd & Tennent’s Caledonian Breweries UK Ltd). You must be the owner of the outlet in order to claim the prize.
4. To enter the Promotion, you must purchase any 6 70cl or 1.5L bottles (1 case) of either Captain Morgan Tiki, Spiced Gold, Sliced Apple, White Rum or Dark Rum within your wholesaler’s specific promotional purchase periods. Each wholesaler will have their own specific promotional purchase periods that will qualify for entry into the draw. All qualifying purchases will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw for the chance to win either a £500 cash prize or a POS Kit. Entrants will be automatically entered via the relevant wholesaler. To opt out of being entered into the Promotion, you must email captainmorganb2b@promotions.uk.com and include your outlet name, address and name of your wholesaler. Winners will be contacted via email and provided with details on how to claim their prize.

7. Maximum
of one prize per outlet.
8. Each wholesaler will have 202 winning outlets. The winners of the Main Prizes will be the first 2 valid entries electronically drawn at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions, from each wholesaler. The winners of the Runner up Prizes will be the next 200 valid entries electronically drawn at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions, from each wholesaler. The prize draw will take place within 14 days of the promotion close date and the Main Prize winners will be notified by phone or email by the Promoter’s agent on or before 13th October 2023. An appropriate number of reserves will be drawn at the same time as the winners. Winners of a Runner up Prize will receive an email confirming their win and informing them that their POS Kit will be dispatched automatically to arrive within 28 days of win notification.
9. Every reasonable attempt will be made to contact the Main Prize winners but if a winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, their prizes will be forfeited and a reserve winner will be contacted by the same process as set out above.
10. 10 winning outlets will receive a payment of £500. The prize will be awarded to the outlet owner only. This can be awarded by bank transfer or cheque and must be made payable to the registered business account. 1,000 winning outlets will receive a POS Kit. The prize will be dispatched upon win to the outlet address provided at the time of purchase.
11. The prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.
12. The Promoter will use your business information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy which can be found at https://footer.diageohorizon.com/dfs/assets/www.diageo.com/PrivacyPolicy_en.html?locale=en-gb. The Promoter will only use your business information for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion. The Promoter will not use your business information for any other purpose without authorisation. Where the Promoter is not responsible for the fulfilment of or delivery of the prize, the Promoter shall share your business information with your wholesaler who would be responsible for the fulfilment of and delivery of the prize. By participating in this Promotion, you agree for your business information to be used as described above.
13. The outlet winner may be required to declare their prize win to their accountant and there may be a tax liability. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that arise from accepting the prize.
14. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).
16. Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content will be deleted and disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
17. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
18. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason or difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Promotion and proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
19. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by a third party.
20. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
21. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.
