Guinness Coors EPL Tickets Incentive Full Terms and Conditions (the "Promotion")

1. The Promotion is open to selected on-trade licensed premises in Great Britain that stock Guinness Draught.

2. Employees of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone deemed to be professionally involved with or connected to the Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion. 

3. To enter the Promotion, you must make a ‘qualifying purchase’ of a total of 150L of Guinness Draught from Molson Coors Brewing Company (MCBC) between 1st December 2024 and 31st January 2025. All qualifying purchases will be automatically entered into the promotion. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion. To opt out of being entered into the Promotion, you must email guinness@promotions.uk.com and include your outlet name and address.  

4. The prize consists of three (3) sets of two (2) Premier League tickets, six (6) tickets in total. There will be three (3) winners. Maximum of one prize per on-trade licensed premise.

5. The winners will be the first three (3) valid entries electronically drawn at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. MCBC will share a full and complete list of all ‘qualifying purchases’ with the Promoter in accordance with paragraph 11 post 31st January 2025. This list will be used by the Promoter’s agent for the sole purpose of selecting the winner(s) of the promotion, post voiding any entrants in accordance with paragraph 3.

6. The winners will be notified by email by the Promoter’s agent on or before 15th March 2025. Upon acceptance of their prize, winners will be given further details on how they will receive their prize.

7. If a winner does not respond to the initial win notification within seven days their prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected by the same process as set out above.

8. Each winner will receive a pair of Premier League Tickets to a 2025/26 match. Winners will be allocated a 2025/26 Premier League match and will not be able to select which match they would like to attend. 

9. The winners and any guest(s) must be over 18 in order to attend the prize. Winners and their guests must provide their full names to the Promoter’s Agent during win notification. The winners and their guests must be available to attend the specified Premier League match specified by the Promoter and may be required to provide photographic ID upon entry. Other than the items specifically referred to in paragraph 8, the prize does not include any other costs or expenses which shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. Winners and their guests are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst enjoying the prize. The Promoter shall not be responsible for the behaviour of all winners and their guests while attending any matches. Winners and their guests will be subject to the relevant ticketing terms and conditions and any and all relevant ground rules. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a Winner and/or guest from participation in the prize if a Winner and/or their guest fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or the Winner and/or guest acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. 

10. The Promoter shall have no responsibility for any cancellation or curtailment of the match for any reason.

11. Winners and their guests shall not, while using any match tickets, display or publicise any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing or an abuse of the match, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon the match or the match event organisers

12. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 

13. Molson Coors Brewing Company will provide entrants’ business details to the Promoter including business name, postal address and email address. The Promoter will use your business information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy which can be found at https://footer.diageohorizon.com/dfs/assets/www.diageo.com/PrivacyPolicy_en.html?locale=en-gb. The Promoter will only use your business information for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion. Where the Promoter is not responsible for the fulfilment of or delivery of the prize, the Promoter shall share your business information with a third-party who is responsible for the fulfilment of and delivery of the prize.

14. Subject to paragraph 15 and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request (which includes a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope for such a response) to Guinness Coors PL Tickets (8359), PO Box 906, Chilton HP22 9HR the winners’ surnames and counties for a period of 3 months after the close date of the Promotion. 

15. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their business information being made available in accordance with paragraph 14 by emailing consumercare.GBandIreland@diageo.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 14 upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).

16. The winners may be asked to take part in publicity. 

17. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).

18. Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content will be deleted and disqualified at the Promoter's discretion. 

19. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final.

20. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason or difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Promotion and proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.  

21. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by a third party.

22. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 

23. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.
