Johnnie Walker Black Label Father's Day Win a Year's Supply - Terms and Conditions (the "Promotion")

1. The Promotion is open to selected independent on-trade licensed premises (outlet) that stock Johnnie Walker Black Label in Great Britain. Any entrant must be 18+ years old.

2. Employees of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone deemed to be professionally involved with or connected to the Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion. 

3. Purchase must be made from one of the following participating wholesalers to qualify: Greene King, Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company (CMBC) or Heineken UK (HUK). You must be the owner of the independent on-trade licensed premises to claim the prize. 

4. To enter the Promotion, you must make a 'qualifying purchase' of a case (6 x 70cl bottles) of Johnnie Walker Black Label (JWBL) from a participating wholesaler between 1st May 2025 and 31st May 2025. Entries received after this time will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion. All 'qualifying purchases' will be automatically entered into the relevant draw for a chance to win a year's supply of JWBL (equivalent of 3 x cases / 18 x 70cl bottles of JWBL). To opt out of being entered into the Promotion, you must email johnniewalker@promotions.uk.com quoting reference number 8501 and include your independent on-trade licensed premises name, business address and name of your wholesaler.

5. Entries are limited to one per independent on-trade licensed premises. Additional purchases within the promotion period will not equate to additional entries into the prize draws. Prizes are limited to one per independent on-trade licensed premises.

6. All participating wholesalers will share a full and complete list of all ‘qualifying purchases’ with the Promoter in accordance with paragraph 11 post 31st May 2025. This list will be used by the Promoter’s agent for the sole purpose of selecting the winner(s) of the promotion, post voiding any entrants in accordance with paragraph 4. 

7. The winners will be the first three valid entries electronically drawn at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions, from each wholesaler draw. The prize draws will take place within 60 days of the promotion close date and the winners will be notified by email by the relevant wholesaler or the Promoter’s agent on or before 15th August 2025. Winners will need to claim their prize from the wholesaler they made their qualifying purchase from before 30th November 2025. An appropriate number of reserves will be drawn at the same time as the winners.

8. Every reasonable attempt will be made to contact the winners but if a winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, their prize will be forfeited and a reserve winner will be contacted by the same process as set out above. Maximum of one round of reserves will be contacted per prize draw.

9. Three winning independent on-trade licensed premises per draw will receive a year's supply of JWBL (equivalent of 3 x cases / 18 x 70cl bottles of JWBL). There will be Nine winning independent on-trade licensed premises in total. The prizes will be awarded to the independent on-trade licensed premises owner. 

10. The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.

11. The Promoter will use your business information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy which can be found at https://footer.diageohorizon.com/dfs/assets/www.diageo.com/PrivacyPolicy_en.html?locale=en-gb. The Promoter will only use your business information for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion. The Promoter will not use your business information for any other purpose without authorisation. Where the Promoter is not responsible for the fulfilment of or delivery of the prize, the Promoter shall share your business information with your wholesaler who would be responsible for the fulfilment of and delivery of the prize. By participating in this Promotion, you agree for your business information to be used as described above.

12. Independent on-trade licensed premises winners may be required to declare their prize win to their accountant and there may be a tax liability. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that arise from accepting the prize.

13. The winners may be asked to take part in publicity.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).

15. Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content will be deleted and disqualified at the Promoter's discretion. 

16. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced when placing a qualifying order for automatic entry into this Promotion.  

17. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by a third party.

18. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 

19. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.
