LWC Spirits Year’s Supply - Terms and Conditions (the "Promotion")

1. The Promotion is open to selected on-trade licensed premises (outlet) that stock Smirnoff, Gordon’s or Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold in Great Britain. Any entrant must be 18+ years old.

2. Employees of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone deemed to be professionally involved with or connected to the Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion. 

3. Purchase must be made from LWC Drinks to qualify. You must be the owner of the outlet in order to claim the prize.  

4. To enter the Promotion, you must make a 'qualifying purchase' of 12 (twelve) 70cl bottles of Smirnoff, Gordon’s or Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold between 1st November 2024 and 31st December 2024 from LWC Drinks. Entries received after this time will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion. The bottles do not have to be purchased on the same order. All 'qualifying purchases' will be automatically entered into the relevant prize draw for the chance to win a year’s supply of Smirnoff, Gordon’s or Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold. Entrants will be automatically entered via LWC Drinks. To opt out of being entered into the Promotion, you must email smirnoff@promotions.uk.com and include your outlet name and business address.

5. This promotion is only applicable to 70cl bottles of Smirnoff No.21 Original Vodka, Gordon’s London Dry Gin and Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold. Excludes any other variations of Smirnoff, Gordon’s or Captain Morgan products.

6. There will be one prize draw per brand variant (three in total). Outlets will be entered into the prize draw for the brand variant for which they have made their qualifying purchase. If an outlet makes the qualifying purchase for all three brand variants, they will be entered into all three draws. 

7. There are 3 (three) prizes available to be won as follows:

a. A year’s supply of Smirnoff (equivalent of 115x 70cl bottles)

b. A year’s supply of Gordon’s (equivalent of 27x 70cl bottles)

c. A year’s supply of Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold (equivalent of 52x 70cl bottles)

8. Entries are limited to one per outlet per draw providing that the outlet makes a 'qualifying purchase' of 12 (twelve) 70cl bottles of Smirnoff, Gordon’s or Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold between 1st November 2024 and 31st December 2024. Additional purchases within the promotion period will not equate to additional entries into the prize draws.  

9. LWC Drinks will share a full and complete list of all ‘qualifying purchases’ with the Promoter in accordance with paragraph 14 post 31st December 2024. This list will be used by the Promoter’s agent for the sole purpose of selecting the winner(s) of the promotion, post voiding any entrants in accordance with paragraph 4. 

10. The winners will be the first valid entries electronically drawn at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions, from each draw. The prize draws will take place within 60 days of the promotion close date and the winners will be notified by email by the relevant wholesaler or the Promoter’s agent on or before 15th March 2025. Winners will need to claim their prize from LWC Drinks before 30th June 2025. An appropriate number of reserves will be drawn at the same time as the winners.

11. Every reasonable attempt will be made to contact the winners but if a winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, their prizes will be forfeited and a reserve winner will be contacted by the same process as set out above. Maximum of one round of reseves will be contacted per prize draw.

12. One winning outlet per draw will receive a year’s supply of Smirnoff, Gordon’s or Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold as described in paragraph 7. There will be three winning outlets in total. The prizes will be awarded to the outlet. 

13. The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.

14. The Promoter will use your business information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy which can be found at https://footer.diageohorizon.com/dfs/assets/www.diageo.com/PrivacyPolicy_en.html?locale=en-gb. The Promoter will only use your business information for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion. The Promoter will not use your business information for any other purpose without authorisation. Where the Promoter is not responsible for the fulfilment of or delivery of the prize, the Promoter shall share your business information with LWC Drinks who would be responsible for the fulfilment of and delivery of the prize. By participating in this Promotion, you agree for your business information to be used as described above.

15. Outlet winners may be required to declare their prize win to their accountant and there may be a tax liability. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that arise from accepting the prize.

16. The winners may be asked to take part in publicity.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).

18. Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content will be deleted and disqualified at the Promoter's discretion. 

19. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final.

20. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason or difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Promotion and proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.  

21. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by a third party.

22. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 

23. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.
