Pimm’s Off Trade Full Terms and Conditions (the "Promotion")

1. The Promotion is open to all residents of Great Britain.

2. Employees of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone deemed to be professionally involved with or connected to the Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion. 

3. Purchase and mobile phone required for entry.

4. To enter the Promotion, purchase any 70cl or 1L botte of Pimms or 250ml Ready to Drink or 10 x 250ml pack of Ready to Drink Pimm’s from a participating Sainsbury’s store. Then text PIMMS followed by a space and your date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY) to 66222 between 00:00 on 03/04/2024 and 23:59 on 24/05/2024. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion. Only one entry per mobile number per week and maximum of 4 entries per mobile number in total. Valid entrants will receive a thank you message confirming their entry into the prize draw and asking them to keep their receipt as it will be required to claim in the event they are a winner. 

5. Entrants are advised to take care when entering the keyword and their date of birth details. The Promoter is not responsible for typographical errors and incorrect texts may still be charged. Only correct entries that have followed the instructions and the correct order, i.e. ‘PIMMS’, and date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY will be accepted. Capital letters or lowercase letters will both be accepted. Text entries will be charged at your standard network rate and may not be included in any inclusive text message package.  

6. There will be 5 winners in total. Each prize includes a pair of tickets to a match on Centre Court at Wimbledon. Prizes are limited to a maximum of one per person.

7. The winner and their guest must be over 18. The winner must confirm their name and date of birth along with the name and date of birth of their guest in order to claim. 

8. The matches will take place between 1st July 2024 and 6thJuly 2024. For the avoidance of doubt, tickets to the Wimbledon final on Centre Court are not available to be won in this promotion. The Promoter will confirm to the winner upon issue which match they have won tickets to. There is no choice of tickets. Once the match date as been confirmed the date is not flexible and the winner and their guest must be able to attend on the date disclosed at the time of their win. If the event, for reasons outside the control of the Promoter, cannot take place on the proposed date or the proposed location an alternative date and/or location will be designated. The Promoter will have no liability or responsibility if the winner or their guest cannot attend on the revised dates or to the revised location.

9. The match tickets allow entry only to the match and do not include travel costs, insurance, meals and beverages, personal expenses, additional activities, or any other expenditure. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst enjoying the prize. The winner will be subject to the relevant ticketing terms and conditions and any and all relevant ground rules. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winners and/or guests from participation in the prize if the winner and/or their guests fail to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or the winner and/or guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.

10. The winners will be the first five (5) valid entries electronically drawn at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions on 31st May 2024. An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the same time.

11. The winners of the Prize will be notified within five (5) working days of the prize draw, via a telephone call to the mobile number used to enter the promotion. The winners will be asked to provide a copy of the original itemised till receipt dated within the promotional period. The itemised till receipt must show purchase of a qualifying product from a Sainsbury’s store. The receipt must pre-date and time time the winning text message entry. 

12. Winners must use their legal name when claiming a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any winner who uses multiple names, addresses or mobile numbers and to require them to return any prize they may have won. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of all entrants. The Promoter will require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

13. Upon verification of a valid claim the Wimbledon Centre Court tickets will be delivered to the winner via the Wimbledon ticket app. A Smartphone is required for ticket download. Winners will be required to enter their full name and provide a valid email address to claim their tickets. Tickets will be shared one week prior to the match date.  

14. If a winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, an alternative winner may be contacted by the same process as set out above.

15. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating mobile numbers or IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Prizes allocated to winners who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.

16. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Provider reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. 

17. The Promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy which can be found at the following link: https://footer.diageohorizon.com/dfs/assets/www.diageo.com/PrivacyPolicy_en.html?locale=en-gb. The Promoter will only use your personal information for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion. Where the Promoter is not responsible for the fulfilment of or delivery of the prize, the Promoter shall share your personal information with Umbrella Risk Management Ltd who is responsible for the fulfilment of and delivery of the prize.

18. Subject to paragraph 19 and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request (which includes a stamped addressed envelope for such a response) 8167 Pimm’s T2W, PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR; the winners’ surnames.

19. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 18 by emailing consumercare.GBandIreland@diageo.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 19 upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).
20. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity). 
22. Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content will be deleted and disqualified at the Promoter's discretion. 

23. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final.

24. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason or difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Promotion and proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

25. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by a third party.

26. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 

27. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.
