These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Terms and Conditions for GUINNESS SUMMER NATIONS 2023 TWICKENHAM BIG SCREEN SOCIAL AGGREGATOR
1. The Promotion is not open to employees or contractors of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone deemed to be professionally involved with or connected to the Promotion.
2. Entry into this Promotion shall be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the entrant of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of the Prize. This shall be at the sole discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. This Promotion is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
5. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
6. This offer is open to all residents of United Kingdom and Ireland aged 18 or over.
7. Offer is valid from:
England v Wales - Saturday 12th August 2023 at 14:00 BST closing on Sunday 13th August 2023 at 20:00 BST. The winner will be contacted on Wednesday 16th August 2023.
England v Fiji - Saturday 26th August 2023 at 12:00 BST closing on Sunday 27th August 2023 at 20:00 BST. The winner will be contacted on Wednesday 30th August.
8. To enter the Promotion:
Consumers need to take a photo of their Guinness or Guinness 0.0 and post to #MatchdayGuinness on either Twitter/X or Instagram. In doing this, the consumer will see their photo across the big screens at Twickenham Stadium (not all photos will be displayed). The winner will be chosen by random selection appearing on the big screen. The prize winner will be contacted on the appropriate social channel to let them know that they have won the prize. The winner must provide their name, email address, telephone number and address so that the prize can be sent directly to them.
9. There are Two (2) prizes in total to be won, one prize to be won on each of the match days detailed in point 7. Each prize consists of 1 x pair of tickets to the England v Wales match on Saturday 10th February 2024 at Twickenham Stadium.
10. The winner(s) will be chosen by an independent 3rd party from a random selection as appointed
by Diageo. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the result, Diageo’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winner(s) will be contacted by Born Social as appointed by Diageo. Born Social will attempt contact with the 1st selected winner a minimum of 3 times via social media channels. The winner will be required to follow Guinness on social media in order to be contacted via DM. If no return contact is made by the winner within the first 7 days of contact, a reserve winner will be selected. This will continue until a winner accepts the prize within the timeframe above.
12. The Prize is offered as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternative, or alternative prize to the stated Prize shall be offered or made available, however Diageo reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
13. Without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request (which includes a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope for such a response) to Verve Live Agency/ Sati 55 The Tanneries, London, SE1 3XN for such written requests, the winners’ surnames and counties for a period of 3 months after the closing date of the promotion.
14. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 13 by writing to consumercare.GBandIreland@diageo.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 13 upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
15. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winners’ name and likeness for the purpose of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation.
16. A representative from Verve The Live Agency will arrange delivery of the tickets digitally to the email address provided by the winner no later than 10 days before the match date.
17. The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.
19. Diageo reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavors to avoid consumer disappointment.
20. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied by entrants for the purpose of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. However, personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation to the UK GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018. The information you provide will only be used for communication associated with this campaign or for further brand communication if the entrant has specifically opted in to receive this.
22. Twickenham reserves the right to refuse service and their decision is binding in all cases.
23. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
24. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within
