Vouchers can be used as full or part payment when buying event tickets exclusively on mcvities.seetickets.com. The voucher balance will also cover booking and transaction fees, and refund protection where this is purchased.


  1. The redemption website will not be accessible until the 22nd April 2026, and voucher codes cannot be redeemed before then.
  2. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase tickets on any website/service other than mcvities.seetickets.com
  3. Voucher codes can be used more than once if there are still funds remaining on the code. Please do not contact See Tickets to check your voucher code balance – if you have previously used the voucher on an order you can check the unused balance by logging into the online customer service area for the order made using the voucher code.
  4. Vouchers cannot be sold, swapped, used unlawfully, exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another voucher code.
  5. See Tickets reserves the right to cancel individual vouchers and close the voucher scheme overall. In the event this happens, any vouchers that have not reached expiry will still be honoured.
  6. Voucher codes will expire on 31st December 2026. We cannot extend this period and it is the responsibility of the customer to redeem the voucher before this expiry date. If there is any remaining balance left on the code after the expiry date this cannot be refunded or transferred over to another code.
  7. It is the customer’s responsibility to check any event specific age restrictions and terms and conditions. Any tickets purchased using a voucher code either as full or payment are subject to the usual See Tickets consumer terms and conditions which can be found on the seetickets.com homepage.
  8. Please retain expired gift voucher codes in the event that credit needs to be refunded onto the original code if an event is cancelled.
  9. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a voucher code will be used in accordance with our current data protection policy which can be found on the seetickets.com homepage.
