To enter, follow the new TikTok page @theheartoficecream and submit a video of yourself LickScrolling with the hashtag #madforlickscrolling and tag the @theheartoficecream TikTok account between 00:00 BST on 08/04/26 and 23:59 BST on 30/04/26. Chance to win a £5k Holiday for 2 of your choice (‘Top Prize’) plus 1 year’s free supply of Twister, Solero or Calippo ice cream (capped at 24 boxes) ‘Product Prize’ via Prize Draw. - This promotion is open to residents of GB, mainland France (Corsica and French overseas departments and territories not included), Germany and The Netherlands, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age and residency may be required.
- The following persons are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
- Internet access, a valid TikTok account, a valid passport and are not restricted from entering the Top Prize winner’s destination country(ies).
How to Enter:
4. Promotional Period: Promotional opens at 00:00 BST on 8th April 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 30th April 2026. Entries received before or after these dates will not be valid and will be void.
5. Entries are limited to one (1) TikTok account per person and there is a maximum of one (1) Prize per person per Promotional Period. A person is defined by a unique public TikTok account.
6. How to Enter: Participants must follow our new TikTok page @theheartoficecream and submit a video of themselves LickScrolling with the hashtag #madforlickscrolling and tag the @theheartoficecream TikTok account. Entries submitted by any other method will not be accepted.
7. Entries must be submitted from a public TikTok account. Entrants with private accounts may be required to make their account public for the duration of the Promotion and for a reasonable period of 3 months thereafter to allow the Promoter to verify the entry and contact the entrant if necessary. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that cannot be viewed or winners that cannot be contacted due to privacy settings.
8. Prizes: There is 1 prize in total and 1 winner will be selected from entries received during the Promotional Period. The prize includes:
i. £5k Holiday for winner and their guest (the ‘Top Prize’), to be won. Winner will win a budget of £5,000 to spend on a Holiday of their choice (subject to limitations) to spend against one holiday booking for 2 people. This can include all travel, accommodation, tours, day excursions, car hire or transfers, rail and Heritage rail, dining and meal plan options, travel insurance, airport parking and airport lounges. Any unused funds cannot be taken as cash.
ii. 1 year’s free supply of Twister, Solero or Calippo ice cream, brand(s) and product range subject to availability and market‑dependent (capped at 24 boxes) ‘Product Prize’.
9. Winner Selection: The winners will be selected at random chosen by a verifiably random prize draw performed by a computer process from individuals who have submitted valid entries on or before the respective closing dates. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. Winner Notification & Prize Fulfilment: The prize draw will take place within 72 hours of the applicable entry closing date. Winner will be notified via direct message (DM) with a win notification. Winner will be requested to reply the DM with their email address and mobile number and postal address for prize fulfilment. Winner will have 5 (five) days to respond back with their details for prize fulfilment.
11. If the Prize winner does not respond by replying the DM with their details within 5 days, their prize will be forfeited and a reserve winner, selected at the same time as the initial winner, will be contacted. Reserve winners will have 5 days from the win notification to respond.
12. Upon receipt of a Prize winner details, the Promoter will share the winner’s contact details with a third-party agency who will contact the winner on the mobile number shared via DM to arrange fulfilment of their Prize.
Top Prize
13. Winner and guest of the must hold a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity remaining following the date of return travel to the winner’s country of residence), not be restricted from entering their destination country(ies) and will need to obtain a visa or Electronic System for Travel Authorization ‘ESTA’ (if required) to enter the their destination country(ies).
14. The Promoter will not be liable to winner or guest for any costs, damages, injuries or losses incurred by the winner or their guest as a result of travelling to or attending the Trip.
15. If a visa or ESTA is required for entry into the destination country(ies), the Promoter is not responsible for the visa or ESTA application process, issuance and/or use, which is solely under the control of the government of these country(ies). The winner and guest are responsible for organising any such required visa or ESTA and paying for any costs associated with the visa or ESTA application. If winners (and their guests) are unable to obtain such a visa or ESTA within 12 weeks of being notified of the prize, the prize and its value will be forfeited.
16. Travel dates for the Prizes are set by the Promoter and must take place within 8 weeks after the winner’s win notification and no later than 12 months from that date excluding 12th December 2026 – 6th January 2027, 26th March 2027 – 10th April 2027. The winner will be required to select 3 travel dates that fall within this timeframe. Flights / Eurostar schedules are subject to change without notice. The Promoter is not liable for any missed events, opportunities, or expenses incurred as a result of flight/Eurostar cancellation, delay, or ground transportation disruption.
17. Holidays can be chosen from any ABTA bonded tour operator bookable through the Promoter’s nominated travel partner only. Direct-sell companies, operators or suppliers are excluded and cannot be offered.
18. All destinations and travel dates are subject to availability, and early booking is strongly recommended. All Top Prize components, including holidays, are provided subject to the individual terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.
19. The travel partner acts as an agent; services provided are subject to the conditions specified by the suppliers
20. If the winner chooses for this not to be included in their prize fund, Winner (and their guest) will be responsible for ensuring that they have adequate and sufficient travel and medical insurance for their period of travel and duration of their stay in the destination country(ies) and will be responsible for costs associated with obtaining such insurance. Winner (and their guest) will also be response for organising transport to/from their departure and arrival airport. All expenses, other than those expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions to be part of the Top Prize, are the responsibility of the winner and their guest, including but not limited to meals, transfers, insurance and any applicable insurance excesses beyond the prize provided, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls and all other ancillary costs.
21. Winner will, at all times, remain responsible for their guest. Guest may be under 18, but anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
22. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure that they have complied with all necessary travel requirements, for example:
a. Any changes to the booking (e.g., dates, guest names, etc.) may incur administration or cancellation fees, which would be the responsibility of the winner.
b. All components of the prize must be claimed at the same time (i.e. should the winner and/or guest be unable to travel, they forfeit the whole of the Top Prize).
c. all VISAs or ESTAs, necessary medical requirements (including immunisations) and documentation, for entry to destination country(ies)
23. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. There is no alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
24. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, charges, or additional costs that may be imposed under the laws of their country of residence within the European Union in connection with the receipt, use, or acceptance of the Prize. The Promoter will not withhold, pay, or reimburse any such taxes or charges. Prize winner is encouraged to check their local tax obligations and seek independent tax advice if necessary.
25. The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. The Prize must be used only by the winners and named guests. Entrants must not re-sell, give away or otherwise re-distribute any Prize they receive.
26. The winner and their guest have the choice to determine how best they spend their £5,000 Holiday including all travel, accommodation, tours, day excursions, car hire or transfers, rail and Heritage rail, dining and meal plan options, travel insurance, airport parking and airport lounges. All travel is always subject to availability and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with the selected accommodation partner. Departure airport will depend on the location in the destination country(ies).
27. Frequent flyer points with any airline company will not form part of the Top Prize. The winner and their guest must travel together, including travelling on the same flights and staying in the same accommodation. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the winner and/or their guests miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check-in requirements for any reason. Any consequent direct and indirect costs will be the sole responsibility and expense of the winner and their guest. A credit card will be required from the winners at check-in to the hotel for all incidental charges.
28. The Promoter will share the winners’ contact details with the third-party agency who will fulfil all elements of the Top Prize directly with consumers after they’ve claimed their prize.
29. In the event that an element of any prize is cancelled for any reason, the winner will forfeit the specified element, and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of that prize.
30. The winner (and their guest) may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion and may be filmed / photographed / interviewed by the Promoter or on our behalf during their trip. The winner grants the Promoter (and will procure that their guest grants) a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of such footage / photographs / testimonials in any media and through any media channel.
31. Any guest must be aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of the promotion and prizes may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
33. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.
34. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses or arrangements not expressly set out in Clause 8. Any costs not specifically included within Clause 8 shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
35. Winner Announcement and Publicity: By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that, if selected as a winner, their name and/or TikTok handle may be announced and shared across the Promoter’s social media channels and other marketing platforms for promotional and publicity purposes. No additional compensation will be provided for such use.
36. The Promotion and the Promoter’s TikTok pages are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok. By entering the Promotion, participants release TikTok from any responsibility, claims or liabilities that may arise in connection with the Promotion. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter, not to TikTok.
37. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.
38. Any entrants using multiple identities, or identities other than their own, to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
39. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
40. The Promoter will store entrants’ submitted (personal) data for the purpose of administering the Promotion. All winner’s details will be permanently deleted no later than 3 months after the end of the Promotion, unless the entrant has granted separate consent for further use.
General Terms
41. By participating in this promotion, agree to release, discharge and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
42. By entering this Promotion, winner grant the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, adapt, edit, and create derivative works from any photographs, videos, or other content submitted in connection with the Promotion (“Content”) in any media, including on the Promoter’s social media channels and websites.
43. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
44. If selected as a winner and TMICC receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, TMICC will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them.
45. The winners’ initials of first and last name may be made available on request by emailing ukicare@unilever.com within 2 weeks of the closing date.
46. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
47. The Promoter, TMICC, reserves the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.
48. Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrants’ details will not be passed onto other third party for any other purpose without prior consent. 49. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
